The Process Collection showcases 3 different coffees, from 3 different countries using 3 different processes. With this you can experience the jammy mouthfeel and slight booziness from the Indonesia, the tropical fruit joy from the Colombia, and the floral and citrus notes from the Ethiopia. 

Washed process: The outer layers of the cherry is removed from the beans before drying on beds for 9-12 days, producing a clean and light cup.

Honey process: This process sits between washed and natural, with some of the mucilage being removed from the cherry before drying. This particular coffee is moved to a parabolic drying system until 10% moisture is reached in 5-6 days. 

Anaerobic Natural process: After the coffee cherries are picked and sorted, they undergo anaerobic fermentation in a sealed tank for 7 days. It is then dried for 7-10 days before hulling and sorting.
