Medici Roasting holds the distinction of being one of the pioneering specialty coffee shops in Austin. Since our establishment in 2006 by Michael and Alison Vaclav, we have been at the forefront of bringing exceptional coffee experiences to our community. We take pride in our direct relationships with small coffee farms around the world. By working closely with these farms, we introduce unique and distinctive coffees to our customers. Our approach not only ensures the highest quality beans but also promotes sustainability and fair practices in the coffee industry. Selected from lots produced by numerous smallholder farmers in Colombia's Valle Del Cauca region and decaffeinated using ethyl acetate — an organic compound derived from sugarcane, the area's primary crop — this is another standout decaf coffee.

Notte—meaning “night” in Italian—is a blend with components from Nicaragua and Colombia, designed for our customers who prefer a darker, more developed roast profile.
