The Natural Process collection includes traditional naturally processed coffees from 3 different regions. Naturally processed coffee is given more time with the ripened coffee cherry, which allows for brighter, more complex flavor profiles.
The three different regions grow coffee at different elevations, which allows you to see how integral the process method is in influencing the tasting notes in a coffee.
