Bio: If you’re among the dedicated bunch that endeavors to make espresso, this is the coffee for you. La Famiglia is Medici’s house espresso—a blend of coffees from Ethiopia, Peru and Nicaragua; selected to provide a complex, dynamic espresso with notes of chocolate, dark fruit, and toasted nuts. It’s great as an espresso, and also balances perfectly with milk in a cappuccino or latte.
