This coffee comes to us from a group of small-scale producers in the Huehuetenango department of Guatemala. The area is known for its climate, beautiful landscape, and amazing coffees, as well as the Mayan archaeological site Zaculeu. This particular offering is sweet and full-bodied, with notes of blackberry, caramel cream, and honey.
