This coffee was grown and processed at the Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm in the Oromia region of Ethiopia's Guji zone. The farm has been owned and operated by Ismael Hassen Aredo and his family since 2012, and they employ 25 full-time and 300 seasonal employees to work the farm's 300 hectares of coffee. They provide free transportation services, as well as financial support for building schools and administrative buildings for the neighboring community. This lot is naturally processed, with notes of apricot, white grape, and milk chocolate.
