This coffee is produced by Asfaw Maru, a farmer who owns and operates a thirteen hectare farm in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region (SNNPR) of Ethiopia. This is a natural process microlot coffee, grown using organic practices (although not certified organic), and dried on raised beds by Tesfaye Roba Dry Mill. This is a really exciting coffee, bursting with fruit flavor—we taste pineapple, blackberry, and pet-nat rosé.
Roasting schedule: We roast on Tuesday and Thursdays and ship on Wednesdays and Fridays.
