This coffee comes from a community of farmers that deliver to the Beneficio San Diego wet mill, which has been processing coffee in Costa Rica since 1888. This is a classic honey-processed coffee, with a heavy body and notes of key lime, sweet cream, and roasted hazelnut.
Roasting Schedule: We roast on Tuesday and Thursdays and ship on Wednesdays and Fridays.
