This coffee comes from the Wolichu Wachu washing station (the same station that brings us our natural Guji), which serves around 4500 local producers in and around the town of Haro Wachu. Producers typically farm on around half a hectare of land, and deliver coffee in cherry form to the washing station for processing. This lot is fully washed, dried on raised beds, and tastes like jasmine, honey, and loquat.
Roasting Schedule: We roast on Tuesdays and Thursdays and ship on Wednesdays and Fridays.
