This lot is part of a "special preparation" lot from the Halo Beriti Washing Station, which serves 750 smallholder producers in the Gedeb and Yirgacheffe regions of Ethiopia. This lot was hand-sorted throughout the receiving and drying process, ensuring that only the highest quality coffee made it into the final selection. With notes of white peach, passionfruit, and jasmine, this is a great example of everything we love about naturally processed Ethiopian coffees.
