This coffee is produced by the Kawa Kanzururu Cooperative, a network of 24 micro-mills along the western rim of the Rwenzori mountain range. The farming community borders the Virunga National Park, the oldest national park in Africa and the home of some of the last remaining populations of mountain and lowlands gorillas in the world. The park and the farming cooperatives are working together to conserve the land and improve the quality of life for residents of the area. This is a delicious coffee with notes of Granny Smith apple, cherry cordial, and pie crust.

Roasting Schedule: We roast on Tuesdays and Thursdays and ship on Wednesdays and Fridays.
